A Maine-based business

ActiveStudios is a home-based business, originally founded by Aubrey Alexander, in Wiscasset, Maine; servicing the greater Portland and Brunswick areas. With a recent move to the west coast, Active Studios is now principally operating in the Seattle-Metro area, but continues to serve clients throughout the U.S. and Canada.

Aubrey Alexander
Lead Web Developer/Designer; Owner
Aubrey has been developing web applications for about 10 years, creating both award-winning websites as well as web-based business solutions at several dotcom companies. Aubrey has been programming since the early eighties when he made his first video game, Elevator Man, on an Atari 800 XL.

A few of Aubrey's past accomplishments:
  • Product design for Content Management system and Business Automation systems such as timeclock, tasks, calendar and scheduling systems.
  • Created object-based functionality plug-ins end users could drag and drop into their website to give functionality like message boards, blogs, photo galleries and more.
Rachel Alexander
Web Designer
Rachel has worked in the printing and design industry since 1997. In recent years, she has honed her talents as graphic designer for print production to incorporate web design. Currently working on a computer science/visual communications degree, she enjoys helping customers see their ideas come to life.
 

Rodney Kloberdans
Blogmaster, Project Manager (Maine)
